With a concentration of less than 2 parts per million in the Earth's 35-km-thick crust, it is considered one of the rarest elements.
Another feature that enhances the value of gold is its status as the best natural conductor and its resistance to reactions with water or oxygen. Thanks to these unique characteristics, gold can retain its properties for thousands of years without degradation.
Pomza Export is proud to be Turkey's first 100% Turkish-capital company to produce gold. In our licensed mining fields located in the Salihli Sart region of Manisa, we extract native gold using a rare method known as Gravimetric Enrichment. This environmentally friendly technique purifies gold by utilizing density differences.
This method, which does not involve the use of any chemicals and causes no harm to nature, allows us to prioritize environmental sustainability in gold production. In doing so, we contribute to the national economy while fulfilling our responsibility to protect the environment.
